He says that Allaah is <strong>not<\/strong> able to do all things. He also says that he knows of\u00a0a thousand things which Allaah, the Most High, <strong>cannot<\/strong> do. Is this (person considered) a caller at the gates of Hell? Must we warn against him?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The shaykh replied:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This (person) is a <em>mulhid<\/em> (deviant) [1], the one who says these things is a <em>mulhid<\/em> (deviant) regarding the Names and Attributes of Allaah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u0648\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0645\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u0646\u0649 \u0641\u0627\u062f\u0639\u0648\u0647 \u0628\u0647\u0627 \u0648\u0630\u0631\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0630\u064a\u0646 \u064a\u0644\u062d\u062f\u0648\u0646 \u0641\u064a \u0623\u0633\u0645\u0627\u0626\u0647 \u0633\u064a\u062c\u0632\u0648\u0646 \u0645\u0627 \u0643\u0627\u0646\u0648\u0627 \u064a\u0639\u0645\u0644\u0648\u0646<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;And to Allaah belong the most beautiful Names, so call upon Him using them. Abandon those who commit <em>ilhaad <\/em><\/strong>(deviate) [1]<strong> regarding His Names. Is the one cast into the Fire better than one who attains safety on the Day of Judgment?&#8221; <\/strong>[3]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Someone says that Allaah is not able to do all things&#8230;<!--more-->\u00a0Exalted be Allaah! Allaah says:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u0648\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0643\u0644 \u0634\u064a\u0621 \u0642\u062f\u064a\u0631<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;And Allaah is able to do all things&#8221;<\/strong> [4]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">How\u00a0many Verses\u00a0have [what means]:<strong>\u00a0&#8220;And Allaah is able to do all things,&#8221;<\/strong> or, <strong>&#8220;Verily Allaah is able to do all things&#8221;<\/strong>?<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>How many Verses!? [5]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Allaah\u00a0has not mentioned any limit to\u00a0His Divine Ability,\u00a0(He has)\u00a0unrestricted Capability, over <em><strong>all things<\/strong><\/em>. (He is) able to do <strong>all things<\/strong>. He is Knowledgeable of\u00a0<strong>all things<\/strong>. He, the Exalted and Most High, has not mentioned any limits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And you come and limit this?! Would you\u00a0say, <em>&#8220;No, there are some things that Allaah does not know, and I know them!&#8221;<\/em> [6]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This is a kind of <em>ilhaad<\/em> [1] regarding the Names and Attributes\u00a0of Allaah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It is not that every preacher is upon truth. He likely intended to show how clearly unacceptable it would be to claim that Allaah does not know everything, and someone claims to know some things Allaah does not know! So similarly, any Attribute of Allaah that He has affirmed for Himself, like\u00a0Knowledge, Ability, or anything else,\u00a0may not be restricted, limited, or specified by rationale or philosophy.
