If a man has more than one wife and one of his wives enters the hospital due to a medical condition and must stay there for a night or more, does she have a right to the day(s) with her husband that she missed when she was in the hospital?

She does not have a right to those days that she missed while she was in the hospital, unless she was sick in her own bed at home, then she has the right to those days.
